Every 302 Waterways item is made to order just for you, so we handle returns a little differently than a big-box store.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item?
We've got you. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or it's not what you ordered, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to ship anything back.

Wrong size or changed your mind?
Because each item is printed on demand, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. 

Lost in transit?
If tracking shows your order never arrived, reach out and we'll make it right.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few business days once approved.
