Thanks for supporting 302 Waterways! Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.
Made to order
Every 302 Waterways item is printed and made just for you when you order — we don't keep pre-made stock sitting on a shelf. That means there are two parts to your delivery timeline: production time and shipping time.
Production time
Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days before they ship. Production time is separate from shipping time and is not included in the delivery estimates shown at checkout.
Shipping time
Once your order is produced, it ships via a standard carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or a regional partner). Typical shipping times after production are:
- United States: 3–8 business days
- International (where available): 10–20 business days, plus any customs processing
Put together, most U.S. orders arrive within about 1–2 weeks from the day you order. Larger orders may ship in more than one package and arrive on different days.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination, and will be shown before you pay.
Delivery estimates are estimates
All production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We're not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or other events outside our control. Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it's shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require you to pay reshipping costs. If you catch a mistake right after ordering, email us right away and we'll do our best to fix it before it goes into production.
Lost, delayed, or damaged in transit
If tracking shows your order was delivered but you didn't receive it, or your order arrives damaged, please reach out — see our Refund Policy for how we handle these. We'll make it right.
International orders, customs & duties
If we ship to your country, any customs fees, import taxes, or duties are set by your local government and are your responsibility. These are not included in your order total or shipping charges.
